If you’re in Direct Sales or Network Marketing business, you don’t want to miss this interview with Kari!
Kari is the founder and coordinator of Direct Sales Summit, and a Wellness Warrior, a Speaker and a trainer. She’s been in direct sales industry many years and (says) she’s made her share of mistakes that she shares freely now and wants to support women in Direct Sales industry.
I totally agree with Kari, the most important thing is to really work on our mindset, and taking action. I shared with her that I felt like I’ve gained a lot of knowledge through coaching I’ve experienced but because of whatever – fear, self-sabotaging, etc, I wasn’t moving forward. My coach has told me action leads to confidence so I should just take action regardless! But it’s been a struggle!
Also, Kari shared that there was a disconnect with something (marketing) you learn from coaches and how to apply that to your own direct sales business. It didn’t click for me either in the beginning. Hiring a coach is awesome, but we need to be careful who to work with….someone who gets you and can break things done and coach you in the area you need the most.
Anyway, I’m pretty sure you will get some awesome nuggets like I did from this interview, and may even get an ‘aha-moment’ listening to Kari.
